Meditation for relaxing and stress free

This is one of the most common meditations, we living in stressful times and we need to practice this at least 3 times a week.

what we need:

music from YouTube

crystal: Amethyst or clear quartz

incense or oil: lavender or sandalwood

this is totally optional: lavender lotion on my arms and neck, the aroma helps to relax.

pick your favorite position and concentrate in your crystal for at least 1 minute then close your eyes and visualize it in your mind. You can leave the crystal in your hand or if lying down place it in your forehead and breath while listening to the music.

My experience : I laydown in my bed very comfy, my crystal in my palm , breathing slowly, at sometime my mind was filled with clutter thoughts but I fight back and regain a clear state. After a while I began to feel like floating and felt super relax.
